Hi Doc--Just took this photo of Three spikes and two nails I removed from the wreck sites. Can you tell me anything about them? Going out gold detecting in a bit. Will get some coins pictured for you when I get time. They will be silver. Have a good day?

Square ones looking English or 1800 the round heads I have found on Spanish boats and small traders my guess older - I may be way off, just some thoughts

Hi 99. Thanks for the imput. These pieces are from two wreck sites. The shallow wreck is giving me predominately all Spanish coins from the 1600's and the deeper wreck has given me a assortment of coins. "A Few Enclish" from the 1700's. The coastal trader does add up to the shallow wreck. Thank you for your imput. Looking forward to meeting you. Hope I can be of any kind of help to you or Gypsy with my expertise with metal detectors. Have a great weekend
