    * The Yorkshire Dales from Friday 20th April - Sunday 22nd April 2007
          o Spend the weekend living in a medieval castle!

    * Bodmin Moor, Cornwall from Sunday 27th May - Friday 1st June
          o Experimental archaeology and prehistory on Bodmin Moor!

    * Brancaster Staithe, Norfolk from Tuesday 14th August - Friday 17th August
          o Take part in a real archaeological excavation with the experts at Sedgeford Anglo-Saxon site!

    * York from Friday 19th October - Sunday 21st October
          o Rotten Romans! Visit a reconstructed Roman fort and find out what life was like as a Roman soldier!

To go on a YAC holiday you need to be aged between 9 and 16. You also must be a member of the Young Archaeologists' Club and have your own membership number.

Holiday prices vary, but all include food accommodation, all activities and expert supervision. You will need to make your own arrangements for travel to and from the holiday venue.

There are bursaries available to help towards the cost.
