It appears that the group pic is of Addams family antecedents. Likely you will find these ancestors gravestones in several diiferent eastern European countries.

Seriously now, the group appears to be Italian or French, of the 1920's or 30's era. The others appear to me to be Russian or Turkish, of the same era. The military medals would be recognizable by someone well versed in militaria, but that wouldn't be me. Providing the link to your pics to sites that specialize in military medals may produce some results for you. Best I can do... gl. Do you know anything else about these pics?
